I downloaded this app thinking that it’s cheaper than uber but are charging more what is charging to north broadway. Ur price is almost 20 dollars to north broadway. I usually pay in cash like 12 or 13 dollars. This highway robbery.
Helpful tip
I don’t know if anyone will see this but I highly suggest taking a look at the UI for the pick up a drop off search bars. It’s white text on a white background. I initially thought the app wasn’t working until I realized otherwise. I also suggest really working on the estimated fare function, it would be really beneficial if it worked .

It’s not the fact that I don’t like cabs. It’s the fact that I have to pay cash and you can cancel the cab anytime. I can order a cab and when it’s in front of my building I can cancel and nothing will happen except the cab driver wasting gas and no one being held responsible.
Worse cab service ever!
I called a cab at 7:37 it was 8:03 and the cab still didn’t arrived. I called the cab base about three times and according to the dispatcher the lines got crossed and someone was going to get shortly . After I called two more times they kept on telling me 2 more minutes. Also worse customer service ever! Would not recommend this can service to anyone!
