After a while not logging, losing everything.
Seriously. Where is all of my data? And what is “account” the app asks when trying to login? Username or email or phone number? Give a hint. Data loss including login information is insane. 1 star.

DS3601 light; Basic scene/group controls, No Color Sync & voice control, No Convenience
You can only group control basic functions like turning the lights on/off or adjusting brightness. There’s no option to create a scene to change the light colors, ironically, that was one of the main features being promoted. I have two bulbs in the same fixture, but I have to adjust their colors individually. And since scenes for colors aren’t supported, I can’t even use voice control to change the colors. Overall, it feels really unintuitive.

Bad apps not updated. Can't connect my light strip DS3602. Halfway through the bluetooth pairing it says that not connected to wifi. Very disappointing.
No widget for iOS 18?
I was using the widget for this app on iOS 17. But after updating my phone to iOS 18, the widget is gone and I can’t add it as it doesn’t appear in the list of widgets. Will you be adding it?

If your light says can’t add on 5GHz (only 2.4GHz supported), add on 2.4 first then later add to Google Home. Fixed.
keep having to resave the lights group before i can use them
please fix the bug, whereby after every few hours, the grouping will auto unlinked, group name still exists but i have to manually save the individual light bulbs again to the grp before i can turn them on or off as a grp. it is damn irritating!
Weather issue
I hope the developers can look into this soon to resolve the bug issue for incorrect weather forecast. The reason why I am saying this is because, i just purchase a ds-3301 ir+rf and memorize the radio frequency of my ziptracks. So i use the app(mezee) to shut my ziptrack whenever they detect a weather change. However, the issue is, when the actual weather is really sunny, the app itself will report as raining. So i guess there is a bug that the developers have to really look into this. Either use apple weather api or google to be more accurate

I had numerous prolink ipcamera. The best one was a decade ago, PIC1003W & PIC1007W. Now I’m using their latest product with mEzee with smart plug. The latest update show the daily usage as blobs & need to tap to see the actual. Just a version earlier show it in line graph with values clearly display. From that, I know what was going on. Now, I see grey blobs here and there. No idea what is the average usage. The latest update just show how Prolink like to change for the sack of changing. Don’t kill a good product just because you want to. Instead, improve on it.

Inconsistent App updates
Last update was 3 months back. Zero bug fix and now my iPad is unable to connect. Super laggy and unresponsive app.

Functions basically as expected
Works at should. But I hope for better way to control the tracking though. And some rare times I have found the camera faced away from the intended surveillance area.

Recent app update. Alarm> select view> instead of going to playback to view, it is always heading back to live camera view.
