Games are broken and nobody in lobbies
This app has gone down hill. Their positive reviews have to be paid people. You go into these slot trims and most of these games won’t trigger a bonus. I watched tennis tonight and left my game open. 3 hour tennis match and no bonus hit the whole time. I have a picture of how many credits I have in that lobby. I sent it to the help section and they refuse to fix the game.
Did you know when you go to Vegas you can’t use these points if you use your points off the mgm card? So what’s the point of having your credit card? Why can’t you use both? You punish people for using your systems. It makes zero sense.

Game reset.
Had accumulated points or coins that go towards Vegas fights Hotel rooms eats ect. Game reset its self and I lose everything. Very disappointing.
It’s Great
Great App and variety of slots. The only issue I have is that most of the rewards are for traveling like hotels or cruises. It would be nice if they had more gift card options or cash.
There’s no Hope here !
Seriously , the only entertaining part of the casino is watching your money and what little winnings to keep you playing til your time spent on here has nothing to show for it… seriously
Customer service trash
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times in the last two months received no responses. I tried the online form which told me the only way to get help is through the app. No one ever responds through the app. My link for my rewards doesn’t work and I can’t cancel it. No help whatsoever no point in earning points for rewards, you can never actually use
