Bills not generated in time
This system does not consider itself as a responsible system. It generates bill after the due date is gone, which is actually illegal, but as Mgvcl is a monopoly customers have to accept what they do. Mgvcl seems to be a legard for viksit Bharat. I have not noticed any improvement by mgvcl in last 2 decades.

It’s literally fast then old meter our bill became double
New version is unusable – Crashing and Missing Features
Since the latest update, the MGVCL Smart Meter app crashes immediately upon clicking on Billings. Furthermore, the "Daily Consumption" view has completely disappeared, and there is no option to track usage anymore. This defeats the purpose of having a smart meter. Please fix these bugs and restore the consumption dashboard immediately.
