Problem in registration as well as login
I have more than one electricity connections for my different properties. None of the consumer number is accepted by application. It shows we can’t find the record matching provided information.

Bills not generated in time
This system does not consider itself as a responsible system. It generates bill after the due date is gone, which is actually illegal, but as Mgvcl is a monopoly customers have to accept what they do. Mgvcl seems to be a legard for viksit Bharat. I have not noticed any improvement by mgvcl in last 2 decades.

New version is unusable – Crashing and Missing Features
Since the latest update, the MGVCL Smart Meter app crashes immediately upon clicking on Billings. Furthermore, the "Daily Consumption" view has completely disappeared, and there is no option to track usage anymore. This defeats the purpose of having a smart meter. Please fix these bugs and restore the consumption dashboard immediately.

I’m getting no matching records found for valid consumer id and mobile number. I have emailed for the same issue but no response.
