Worst company
They charge even when service isn’t really provided. Sadly is the only water provider in Puerto Rico. But they shouldn’t charge for a service that is not being provided. And don’t blame nature, you just don’t do your job, other countries experience drought and they don’t have problems supplying water to the people.

Never works
This app is horrible. They few times I have been able to log in I have had trouble inputting my card information to complete the payment.
