Worst company

They charge even when service isn’t really provided. Sadly is the only water provider in Puerto Rico. But they shouldn’t charge for a service that is not being provided. And don’t blame nature, you just don’t do your job, other countries experience drought and they don’t have problems supplying water to the people.

No entiendo por qué cada vez q se abre la aplicación ahí que esperar por un código para entrar.

This app needs to be redone

This “new” app went from bad to worst. This is not user friendly and ridiculous to have especially for elderly people to work with. They truly need to hire someone who is able to create an app that’s user friendly for everyone. I have yet to see such an useless app for any other company and there are some bad ones out there but this one beats them all.

Información incompleta

Cada factura viene con balance demás y el cargo corriente de menos. No tiene alternativas para ver detallado el balance. App incompleta. No hay información de él porque la cantidad a pagar. Tienen mucho por mejorar. Insatisfacción total.

Observación

La estética de la aplicación luce obsoleta y horrible. Deben mejorar eso para que luzca atractiva y los clientes puedan usar la aplicación mucho mejor.
