Unreliable, very buggy, frequent crashing, locks up often. Several times a week I lose inspection that is complete and have to manually re-enter the inspection. Frustrating to say the least. Have not seen ANY upgrades since started working with it.

Frequent crashes, completely unreliable for field work.
Zero cloud functionality. Any time internet is lost during inspection (basements or attics), the entire app crashes and all work is lost.
Shouldn’t have to complete a job to edit a report.
Images can only be uploaded in the order they are uploaded and can’t be adjusted.
