This software is truly the best. Delivers the most professional and interactive report out there. With great customer service and support, they help you get up and rolling in no time. The last software we used was published in 2005, we didnt want to switch but needed to be upgraded so we didn’t have to use point and shoot cameras and windows XP laptops. We found InspectorNexus and have been blown away. They were able to take out narrative library from our software from 2005 and upload it into their software. Mind you our old software provider is out of business and hadn’t made any updates since 2006. Clive with InspectorNexus is brilliant and can help with anything you may need. Really a great tool to add and simplifies the process. We went from spending hours each night writing up the reports to being able to hit send, as we’re walking off the property! Seriously, this is the best software.

This app is maybe too good to be true?
I am using it for personal projects and not business but my parents home is rotting and falling apart then had a Fire THEN a pipe burst! It seems like there’s no end to the work and what needs fixing and this app has seriously helped me! I hope it doesnt suddenly paywall me because I am trying to figure out how to get the best insurance payout and fix everything I can and since I know little about home maintenance I am over the moon to have stumbled on such comprehensive templates! I know that’s not exactly the dev’s intent but it’s been so helpful.

Overall Great
There is a few things that would be nice to have such as converting weather units to C instead of F or adding a QC checklist so you make sure you didn’t miss anything in your inspection.

This app is not user friendly. I tried to call and email . No response. It added wording after I inputted information. So I did see what was put in until after the report was finalized.
