Great app so far
I've just started using this application in the laar few hours. So far, I really like how customizable it is for individual use and operation. I don't like that you can't create an invoice without an active inspection to tag it to. I'm also struggling to get a “dummy inspection” scheduled. I haven't completed my user account with licensing information and maybe there is the block. I like to test the functionality and so far, I can't get passed those portions.

Garbage
The customer service department is really good and they respond super fast. However the actual software is garbage. The photos when uploading rotate 90 degrees and then the quality will reduce so much that none of the word or numbers on a label are legible. Don’t waste your money on this software.
Great Software For Inspection
I am a civil engineer. This is the best software that produce a neat and tidy report that has the same professional level as engineering report. Highly recommend.
It doesn’t work
I signed up for a free trial to check it out. Can’t connect my Stripe account and the loading circle spins continuously on the “Plans” page. No idea how to even create an inspection or access templates in both the app (I’m using iPhone) or on desktop. The tutorial says there is a menu at the bottom but there nothing there. I wonder if this platform is supported anymore? If so, they have a LONG way to go to compete with the likes of Spectora, HomeGuage, Tap Inspect , etc.
