HORRIBLE servicio al cliente
No solamente son complicados y te hacen esperar asta 48 horas para un servicio que YA pagaste (asta ahora no tengo señal) pero el servicio al cliente is terrible, te hablan feo y no te quieren ayudar cómo es. La actitud de la gente es pésima y al final no solucionan tu problema. Pides a un supervisor y hay menos te ayudan y te dan más mala actitud y ni siquiera te pasan con el/la supervisor/a. El pero servicio de mi vida.

Worst AP and Company
Movistar EC has been the most difficult AP and company to manage in the world. I’ve used Movistar in about five different other countries and they’re answering machine was never full, I could text them with no problem, I could contact them online with no problem. This app has none of these features. I talked to a wonderful intelligent BOT that simply put me on an endless loop of useless FAQs. When FINALLY I got transferred to a human being, she gave me the *001 number and that gets me nowhere. I am in Mindo, nowhere near (Quito) to get service done online or over the phone. If I were living in the city, I would just walk to the office and pay or talk to someone and get things done, but I can’t get anything done out here right now. Lastly, there’s nothing to choose to converse in English. I am fluent in Spanish, but it doesn’t really help when there’s no avenues in which to get answers. All I want to do is give you more money for services that I want on your phone, but you make that impossible.

Fallas en su sistemas de pago recargas
No procesa el pago no genera la recarga se queda en la misma opción no avanza a generar cobro y realizar recarga no avanza se intenta más de tres veces y no funciona en la Web igual pide solo la app que no funciona

Quitaron los beneficios de los usuarios prepagos, cada q uno quiere recargar es un problema con la tarjeta, no funciona cuando te quedas sin internet y quieres recargar. Cada vez la empeoran y perdí todos mis puntos q eran para canjear premios.
Ladrones con pésimo servicio
Cuando te intentas cambiar de movistar a otra operadora te falsifican un documento donde dice que debes dinero de una recarga de algún combo que hiciste
