Unreliable and Frustrating
I downloaded this app in September for managing my upcoming medical appointments and initially found it somewhat helpful, despite a few glitches. I could access my medical information, appointments, and test results. However, when I recently tried to check the status of another test, my information had disappeared entirely, and it claimed my email was not in the system. I had to re-register, and now some personal information fields are inaccessible. For example, I cannot add my address because the app glitches. When I attempt to save, it requires all fields to be completed, but won’t let me do so.
This app needs serious improvements to be patient-friendly. An update should never erase information. Until these issues are fixed, I can’t recommend this app at all.
