Necesitan un mejor desarrollador
Un app que requiere un login diferente a la cuenta en la página web, cada cuenta con información diferente, imagino alguien hizo el website y otro servidor para el app, términos y condiciones necesitan una eternidad para verse pero el botón para aceptar si está rápido , a cada página es un mundo de tiempo para cargar, verificar la velocidad de carga de un app es algo elemental del desarrollo. Para personas poco tecnológicas tener que pensar en 2 cuentas diferentes es confuso , hasta las secretarias de los doctores no saben explicar las diferencias.

Complete Garbage
It doesn’t recognize my password. Then it reads that I need to reset my password. I had to create a username but there is no place for me to enter the username. Tried to reset my password, but after it verified my email it wants me to reset my email. I want to reset the password. I enter the new password- same as the old password, but now there is a problem with their cloud service - sorry for the inconvenience. Still cannot log in. They need to go back to the 20th century and start over. They belong in the last century.

Annoying and not user friendly
I can’t believe this is a real app in 2026. How is there no Face ID support? No “remember me” button? If I don’t have the energy to log in each time i want to review my details and i’m a 20 year old, i couldn’t even imagine someone older taking advantage of this. Seriously lackluster and disappointing.
