Annoying and not user friendly
I can’t believe this is a real app in 2026. How is there no Face ID support? No “remember me” button? If I don’t have the energy to log in each time i want to review my details and i’m a 20 year old, i couldn’t even imagine someone older taking advantage of this. Seriously lackluster and disappointing.

Se me quedo mi tarjeta física y pude usar mi id digital que sale en la aplicación. Que éxito!!

It’s not good. It’s slow and unintuitive. It does not give you the option of adding the card to apple wallet.
Total mess
I mean: payments - dead from time to time. What is more - surprises - from Triple S when you arrive to the doctor and you have appointment. Suddenly, if you have Triple S Pocket (bad luck), doctor tells you you need and order from another doctor - because Triple S put a new clever rule. And you spend the phone day trying to reach 3 call centers: insurance, your clinic, your doctor - to figure out that your day is wasted, because this is not the office day for your physician. And you spend half a day driving and wasting your time.

Increíble que en el 2025 tengan un app lenta, casi nunca sirve de la primera. Hay que relog varias veces.
Loging
Esta app necesita poder salvar los datos para entrar o hacer “loging”. Es bastante fastidioso tener que poner los datos cada vez que se usa.
App has been completely broken for more and a month
Login has not worked in over a month and when you click the “Enter as Guest” the app just crashes. Pure 🗑️🗑️🗑️
Loose of time and effort
Why you need an app that doesn’t work at all? Is this because this is Puerto Rico corp. That doesn’t know what to do? I try to use it sometimes and allways I need to call their service center that is located in Colombia, what a mess! Hope SSS corporate see this and take action and do good and not make the customer loose their time in an worthless application.

Face ID asap please
Low quality
Payments not showing up for weeks (had to call someone to resolve it), login every single time (why?), very slow application all around that takes forever to use (slow to see balance and to move around). The effort put on this application is definitely questionable.
Not working
The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t load, you can’t access anything. Please fix, it’s been like this for months.
