Missed pickup.

No trolly stopped at 216 - Collins Express route. We watched two trolleys pass by with no regard for us. We even waved our hands and they looked at us and kept going. Remove that pickup spot for the users, or tell the drivers to stop. Also, you should make the pin icons selectable from the map, or at least offer the stop number under the pin icon. I’m a cartographer and impressed with your app! Good stuff

Very useful

It is a fantastic ideia, but this app is not too much tourist friendly. It is impossible to know the order of stops and what stop is near what.

Hi please understand I am an independent developer. I am not the provider of the actual trolley service. I’m sorry you had a crazy driver, but I literally only make the application you’re using to track the trolleys on your phone. I do not work for the city and have no relations to the actual company.

Useless - Not Accurate at All

Visiting Miami Beach- South Beach & thrilled to use a free trolley to get around. Trouble is I can walk from 5th to Lincoln in 20 minutes & trolleys run every 20 minutes. Twice used the app to check - should I walk or wait for next trolley. Both times I waited - time to next trolley came & went - next time 20 minutes; could have walked in less time!

I have no control over what they estimate as the arrival time. I hope you can reconsider your negative review which does nothing but punish me for something I have no control over.

The one supposed to be at 200th stop didn’t come now I am waiting for the next one. The south beach.

It’s great for a one-person free charitable app. Why doesn’t the city give him/her some funding? It’s a needed app. Faster than Uber and Lyft and far less aggravating.

I try to use the app But can’t It’s blocked by get get get get get Chicago, New York, etc. I tried to search a Street intersection where the trolley stops But I can’t it doesn’t work

ETA

The arrival time of the trolleys are really inaccurate and so people don’t catch on time by following this app.

I originally had some issues with the app. The Developer fixed the issue and reached out to me the next day. Thank you so much!! You Rock!!

My above 5 star was April 8th.
Today is April 29th. After using this app for several days, I find it unreliable. I am not sure how the wait time and minutes are generated. It seems like it is guessing.

I loved the Trolley app. You could see exactly where the trolleys were in live timing. But all of Miami Beach trolleys are offline. The Trolley app still works for trolleys in Miami.

It should be fixed now, please make sure to update to the most recent update. The issue was the city changed how the ETAs are shared without informing me. But it’s fixed now. Thank you for your feedback and support!

Trolley Service Incorrect

I was under the impression the Miami Beach Trolley specifically the Sobe Loop A works till 12am but it’s been multiple times I wave my hand for trolley to stop and the driver ignores me. What is happening here do the drivers do whatever they want after a certain time and do not pick up riders? I understand it’s free but please provide better service.

Hello! Unfortunately I, the developer of this application, have zero control of the trolleys. All I'm doing is the displaying the ETAs. I am an individual indy developer (who's building this on their own time) with zero connection to the actual city or the trolley provider.
