Embarrassing App
After attending the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells and using their app (which is fantastic) I was shocked to find navigating this app is much more difficult. Particularly, the fonts and styling make it very difficult to read and navigate. To top it all off, having ads pop-up at the bottom of the app is an embarrassment.

Cancelling tickets 12 hours before the game in the stadium without an honest explanation was disappointing.

Learn from the BNP Paribas App
This app is astoundingly awful and needs a complete redesign. Frequent app crashes aside, everything takes too many clicks and too much focus to comprehend what you’re seeing.
For example, when looking at the scores, the font is small and the only thing distinguishing the winner and loser is a checkmark that we’ve all been trained not to have to look for because practically every other app puts the winner line in bold.
Selecting your favor players is a chore. You’re presented with a list of players and have to tap into each one and then select notifications. A decent app would allow you to favorite a player right from the player list.
The shortcomings are too many to mention, but right on the heels of the BNP Paribas Open, the difference in the two tourneys’ apps is night and day. BNP’s app is better than most majors’, while the Miami Open app isn’t worthy of a 250 event.

Missing features
Being able to select favor players is great but you cannot do anything with them. There is no way to view the schedule and filter on favorite players. Not very users as is. Also stay away from grey on white text. Impossible to read.

ATP draw issue resolved
Enjoying the app. The developer responded to the issue of not seeing all the draws. Great response from them
Can’t view Men’s draws
Basic app. Why on;y WTA available on Draws tab? No ATP option. Was there yesterday. Uninstalled/reinstalled. No change.

Not with an masters 1000 event
Although the app has shown a few improvements from previous years, it’s still lacks basic functionality for a major Tennis event, today on Sunday, March 23. It’s not even able to show the schedule of play.! … it shows TBD on matches that are already being played. You can get better and more accurate information from Google or other apps.! … absolute shame with all the glitches and lack of basic functionality… there is no list of double players for example…
The latest version of your app does not show the men’s draw, either the singles or doubles it only shows the women’s draw!…. Did this event suddenly become WTA only?

Draws are not accessible
Why can I only access the women’s draws? The drop-down only lists WTA draws. (And “women’s” singles or doubles is misspelled but that is not the main point here.) I cannot access the men’s draws at all.
Too many glitches
The app today has been showing only the women’s matches. It was fixed to wear a short period of time and now it’s showing TBD for all of the men’s matches for today.
Broken
Horrible app, with missing/misguiding/incomplete/inaccurate information, just as bad as the overall tournament organization, so no big surprise here.

Seeds on the draws
So a year has gone by…. Still no Seeds on the draws. Apparently no one cares if the app is usable…………
Please add Seeds to the Draws! Never seen draws without the seed numbers. Also, would be nice to see live/completed Match Statistics.

Terrible layout of draws
Can’t make any sense of where first round match winners go in second round. Confusing.
Transferring tickets causes app to hang
Every time I transfer a ticket, the app hangs up and I have to force quit and reload. Really buggy!
Lots of traps
At every turn there is a trap to collect personal info. The screens are designed to make it very hard to leave without providing the personal info. Way worse than the any other tennis tournament app.
App locks up on pages
Please update app so there is a back button to get back to main menu screen. Now the app must be closed and reopened to get back to main screen. Thank you!
App is poorly designed and lacks value
App Designer needs to redo this tool. It’s clumsy, difficult to navigate and not intuitive.
