Hello, Thanks for reaching out and we are very sorry about this issue. Please make sure you are connected to internet and delete the app and reinstall it. After that, try the following. You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple. Thank you

Thank you very much and we are sorry the hear that. It is only 1 payment to unlock the content. The reason behind this is for travelers to be able to enjoy everything in an offline mode without paying for roaming charges while they travel. Even being able to use geolocalization capabilities such as GPS or Augmented Reality without being connected to your cell phone provider. Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with the app. We are trying to improve it in a daily basis. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.

Information about the places is poor. Also, there are feel options of restaurants and places to visit. Summing up, the App does not bring any interesting tip or information that you could not find on the internet.
