Get someone to review your app and actually try and get somewhere on a trolley. User testing. Only thing worse is customer service of drivers and trolley workers.

This app keeps throwing useless advertising that blocks out getting trolley information.
Also, this app shows arrival times after 10pm which look great. However NO TROLLEY COMES - after 2 nights of waiting before I started walking to my destination, I learned that the tracker gives a list of minutes until arrival time and then simply keeps updating the arrival time. NO TROLLEY COMES. As I walked my path, I saw several other people waiting at the trolley stops I passed. Especially at that time of night, please have some don’t burden us with HURTING INFORMATION.
Thanks to the trolley drivers who make it through this system. You are deeply appreciated.

Confuso e desatualizado
O aplicativo mostra rotas e paradas inexistentes, também deveria mostrar quando acaba a linha e você PRECISA descer do ônibus. Por favor atualizem as rotas fiquei horas esperando em um local com placa na rota Biscayne e não estava mais no roteiro.
