App is useless
This app. is very very slow.. just cannot get anything done here… there is no question of tracking our electricity consumption here.

After made payment from credit card after otp submit app crashed and automatic app get closed and bo status.... pathetic

App needs update
After making the payment, I do not get the status of the payment because just as the payment is done the page keeps on loading and there is no update. It also does not show on the home page immediately afterwards. Hence kindly update the app so that the status is reflected promptly.
