Insanely long registration and didn’t work
Useless for tourists; doesn’t accept foreign debit or credit cards. Can only use numbers for post code (a lot of countries have alphanumeric postcodes).
Worst app I’ve ever tried to use
I’m not sure if the developers can even read this review. But this app has to be the worst I’ve ever used. Even the website was quite a pain. 0/10 highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Bad app, not sure about the service itself
Would love to leave a review on the rental service, but I can’t because the app won’t let me register. It crashes during registration. I guess I’ll just have to burn some petrol instead!
Blaming me for apparently not locking the bike
Nice concept, very cheap yearly fee, i had 20 trips before they contacted me with a threatening email saying the bike is missing when i am sure i locked it down, and they wanted to charge me extra for the trip, when it got automatically "locked" a few minutes after they sent the email, when i checked the app it did say which station i left the bike at (without the end time showing), so at that point it must have been already locked for them to be able to detect the current station, something just must have gone wrong on their servers to log the end time.
