Michaela’s the BEST
Michaela’s Motto has been the best thing to happen to me! Her workouts are functional, challenging, engaging, and has gotten me into the best shape of my life. As a coach, she is incredibly motivating, encouraging, and knows how to push you in the most positive way. Working out with a trainer long-distance has been the best. My own time, my own schedule, and consistency is possible.
