Needs improvement
The inability of the driver to log off the vehicle when you’ve passed on the vehicle to the next driver is very poor. I am constantly penalised for the next driver’s performance. Sort it out!
Let down by poor support
Initially the app seemed to record the respective data as requested by my employer. However on 23/12/24 the app stopped logging my drivers data, even though I’ve driven 3 times since then. I contacted the Smarter Driver team via the feedback button on the app, to be told I have to ask one of our fleet management team or admin team report for me. I had supplied the respective information to allow the team to investigate the issue, but just got fobbed off. Will now uninstall the app from my devices as seems a waste of time now. Sadly the support for this app is dreadful

FLAWED SYSTEM
Totally flawed system putting drivers jobs at risk
Needs speed limits updated
Frequently logs you as speeding when a road was previously a lower speed limit due to roadworks etc, needs to update limits more often
Fails to log you off your vehicle
So my company uses this to measure how we drive. It’s kinda useful to see how you’ve driven, I mean, if you care about your driving your gonna know when you’ve gone wrong.. However this fails to log you off your vehicle once your drive is complete, therefore my score goes down the following day when someone leaves a vehicle idling for an extended period of moves it… it even gives me scores when I’m not actually in work because of this… why can’t the app accommodate this… say 2hrs of inactivity then your logged out of the vehicle your driving… still a work in progress I’m afraid.

Ne tient pas compte du contexte
Franchement, je ne comprends pas comment on peut s’appuyer sur une appli qui n’a pas compris que pour passer sur certains ronds points il faut forcément accélérer, si on ne tient pas compte de la localisation, c’est forcément biaisé.
Terrible update.
Change it back to swipe left and right. Takes longer this way. We want less clicks per task. Not impressed.
Worthless app! Will not record business mileage
Was a very useful app. Easy to classify your mileage and submit each month. Then the upgrade came. Now you can only use around 5 templates for business mileage they have taken away the free type field. You can use the notes section underneath the reason, but it won’t let you read the note after you have saved it. You have to submit the journey to read the note, if you have forgotten the note it’s too late.
I now have to keep a separate spreadsheet to record mileage. My company pays for the tracker and app so I can’t just bin it, shame because it’s absolutely worthless as a business tracker app

No date or time
Unable to see date or time for journeys without clicking each individual one. The old app showed date and time on list view.
Not ideal when I need to categorize each journey personal or private and can't see whether they are in my shift time.

Freezes more than it works
Constantly freezing and logging me out. I have to use it for work and it causes me constant issues and delays. I’d strongly suggest using another app it software before going with this one
Fine when it works
Header says it all “fine when it works”will work for a couple of days then delete and reinstall

Je suis ravi de cette application qui me permet de visualiser directement mes missions de livraison en deux temps trois mouvements.

Not loading
The app doesn’t load, I have to delete and then redownload from the App Store everyday.
