Great for current conditions
The app is great for when you have to know what’s going on in the sky and can’t get to a window. I’d like to see a forecast so I can plan ahead for gardening, where I will take my lunch break, trapping cats for spay/neuter, whether or not I will work outside or inside, etc. If there is a forecast section, I haven’t found it. I have supported these guys for a couple years and really want them to succeed, so I hope they will take this under consideration.

So cool
Locals in every corner of the world joke about their climate, “If you don’t like the weather, just wait five minutes.” Michigan is the only place I’ve ever lived where it’s almost literally true. So it’s no surprise that the hands-down best weather app is from peeps based in Michigan. My friends who don’t have iPhones are desperate to get this app!

Great app
I love the app, it is so easy to use and it’s so easy to navigate. Although the only bad thing is that when your phone is at 1 bar LTE it won’t work. It has to work at 1 bar LTE when connected to WiFi. Which it is also because of the bad phone service up north in Alcona County. So please try and fix that.

Could be more user-friendly
The content of the app is good, but it feels clunky to navigate. The User Experience isn’t as easy as a Weather Channel or local news station weather app. Hopefully tweaks will be added moving forward. Definitely worth a download, just still find myself using previous downloaded sources more.

Living in Michigan can get crazy with weather and MSC has kept us safe no matter how bad it gets. We watch them every single time there’s a storm. I am so happy to have their app! It is already the only weather app that’s accurate… the other day I told my husband it may rain during his work day (he works outside)… he said that the weather app says no rain… I told him the MSC app says there’s a chance… guess who was right? The MSC app, duh. They call it how they see it and it’s kept us safe in tornado weather more than once. Love this app, thank you MSC!!

Super clean, highly functional
The long anticipated Michigan Storm Chasers app has already lived up to the hype! Intuitive user interface, has all the features you could hope for - and free version that is still feature packed. If you’re looking for a weather app (anywhere in the US), this is the one.
Honest review
I do not need an alert if there is a beach advisory. And the 3 places they try and get you to upgrade is way too much. I really thought this was going to be a game changer. But it’s not. I love what the storm chasers are doing but the money is clearly taking over. Less in depth lives. Having to subscribe on fb and pay for premium feeds is a bit much. Kind of a turn off. I remember when you could ask questions and they would answer. Maybe a chat mod could help. This app and it’s overall look is just mid. My phone app is just as good. Sorry guys i know it’s just the roll out i will update my review if you upgrade your app.

I follow them on fb and love the detailed information! It's great to have it all in an app! I'm even more impressed that I'm out of state and still getting great accurate information! Keep up the great work Michigan storm chasers!
Best app for your weather needs!!
Been waiting for this app! And it is way more in depth than I could possibly imagine! So very proud of these guys!! They have and continue to go way above and beyond for us! Immediately deleted all other weather apps on my phone!!!! This is the only one I will ever need. Thank you MSC for all you do!

The best weather app out there
This weather app gives me everything I was looking for in a weather app and was never satisfied by with the other ones. It’s clean and easy to work with. The radar is much better than even NOAA’s. Plus it’s designed by regular weather folks who know what we all are looking for. You won’t be sorry if you get this app.

Great release
I’ve been waiting for it to come out I love this it’s one of the e best weather apps I’ve used I’ve been looking for a different ones waiting for this to come out and this is better than any other weather apps I used
Simple but detailed
I’ve had the app for maybe 10 minutes and I already love it. It is simple to the mind but also can get very detailed about the weather which is great for a weather guru like me! I hope in the future they will add the ability to have widgets on the front screen of your phone!

10 times better than the Weather Channel app I have had for years and it just started! More accurate, more options.. A+ and worth the wait!!
Accurate
These guys are awesome…giving us live updates at what weather is out there and warnings. Having chasers out there when bad weather is about to hit the fan. You can tell they love what they do

Will update more later- I downloaded the app yesterday. The interface looks nice. It has more options than a normal weather app and overall it looks sleek and well put together so far! I hope there will be a widget in the future to replace the other one I have!
The best weather app!
The interface is so smooth and amazing! I love the ‘next’ feature which takes you to the next day of rain and such. And the prices for the upgrade are so fair! Even without the upgrade, the app just runs so smooth. I love it!

I been following Michigan storm chasers forever on Facebook. I was so happy when they announced their app was coming. So simple to use. And love the option to be able to report on the app the weather in my area in real time!
Best app for Michigan
I’ve used a few different apps. This one tops the list, and they have more features to be added. It has all the features and data I’m looking for, is easy to navigate, and isn’t filled with annoying ads. The only one’s urge you to subscribe to their premium version. They have sent out a push notification as a test, so I know severe weather notifications will come through just fine. Kudos to the MSC crew - they have been my go-to for severe weather updates, and I’m looking forward to having easy access to daily/hourly weather in my area and regions of the state I travel.

First let me point out there is a screen reader on all i-Device's called VoiceOver. What a screen reader does. A screen reader converts text to speech. This enables blind people to use iPhones, iPads and other Apple device's. For app developers it's very important they label buttons and other important parts of there apps. This is where the Michigan storm chasers app is lacking. This app falls short as far as accessibility goes. For sighted people I'm sure this is a great app. For blind people this app needs work. I'll attempt to educate the developers of this app so improvements can be made.

Absolutely love this app
Downloaded this maybe a few hours ago and I’m already in love, the radar is great, love that there is an option to see the next rainfall. Not only does MSC do an amazing job with reporting the weather and severe storms, but also great at developing apps?!? What can’t they do????
