You’d Have More Luck with a Message in a Bottle

Trying to get this integrated with our company is a nightmare. In fact, the entire service is a disaster. The app will allow you to place a call, but calling that number back places you directly into its voicemail. IF customer service ever gets back to you, it’s usually with a suggestion that is basically a work-around, as opposed to an actual fix.

Easy to expose your number.

The point of this app is to be able to call from the app and make appear the caller ID of the office. Well that works, but if you're not logged into the app it will still function except the call will have the caller ID of the cell phone. That's bad; it's easy to accidentally expose your personal number. The app needs to be fixed to not allow calls if not logged in.
