Horrible
First of all I have to manually refresh to see any new work orders and for the finished work orders to come off the list.
Second the app crashes on average once a day for all of our techs.
Third when looking at a work order and backing out to look at the next one it sends you back to the beginning of the list.

Simple and easy
They’ve made good improvements to this mobile app over the years. I quite enjoy it now
Needs work. Please make more user friendly
It is hard to find the work orders using the app. It only says the address when you are scrolling through. It should have a work order number and building name to make it easier to find when scrolling through. It also needs to have a search feature. No one wants to have to click on hundreds of work orders to find the one they are looking for. I will appreciate the app more when these features are available.

If you want the basics then it’s fine. Having the ability to look up parts and locations, add co workers on tasks, ect would make this app a gold mine!! C’mon Micromain!!!
Not so good
I’m here again reloading this because the company I work for uses it. I have to reload it again because it goes into perpetual receipts and I can’t do anything with it, this is a consistent problem. Tony L.
