Tell me how I’m supposed to get into the authenticator app when the authenticator app is asking me to verify via said authenticator app in order to use the authenticator app??? Is whoever designed this app actually fit to be in the workplace?

Honestly worse Authenticator I’ve used. Date you try to resister a new phone doesn’t work so locked out of important work emails when your on the road with your device honestly so dissatisfied
Useless App
In order to use this App I need an authentication code to log in, which I can get from this authentication app, but unable to get said code because I’m not logged in. Microsoft, can you see the issue here?

Con esta aplicación no deja ni si quiera avanzar a teams, solo me pide que introduzca el número en la aplicación cuando el número generado se dio en la propia aplicación, te hace perder tiempo y aparte espacio innecesario en tu teléfono, no sé por qué decidieron hacer esto con teams pero solo hace que batalle al ingresar desde mi celular

Terrible
Unneeded and has held up coworkers. It asks for me to sign into my work Microsoft account, but then it tells me to open Authenticator app to get the code. When that’s the app I’m literally trying to sign into. This has gone for months

Not practical when changing phones
The codes won’t send to new phone if you broke or lost the initial phone with this app. You basically know your password but can’t sign in cos the code keeps sending to the old phone that’s no longer in use. They only allow to send to old phone which leaves you blocked off

I am trying to get into my microdot account, the microdot Authenticator connected to the same account. Is is not sending notification.

If you can’t get in, they keep sending you round and round again the alternative methods of login don’t work. Unbearable.

U forced me to download this app, and forced me to turn my notifications on. Just so i can login. Wont even let me use my google authenticator. Whoever is in charge fire them.

I need this app for work and everyone I try and login to my account it says I need a code from the Authenticator app when I’m on the Authenticator app. It makes no sense I’ve deleted and uninstalled this app for months and it’s the same thing everytime it’s pointless.
It shouldn’t be this hard
I’m trying to get into my email account on a new phone, but when I try to log in, it sends me to this app, and then the app tells me to get a code from this same app, which is not being provided or not that I can find, and I can’t get out of that screen to get to a code anyway. Not able to load my work email on my computer there either because it keeps telling me to get some code from this app, again not provided. It’s like a circle of insanity. Lol. If my home computer logs me out of my email account, I’m screwed because I can’t find any sort of help to figure this app out.
