Least user friendly app ever created. Be warned, if you get a new phone you need to keep that old phone until you login on your new phone or your life will be a living hell trying to login. Wish they would’ve told you that somewhere. How is it possible that I need to use the app to login to the app?! I’ve spent hours trying to login and still nothing. Absolutely useless.

Sign in to authenticator FROM authenticator
The ridiculous perpetual loop of trying to sign in to a MS product on my phone that uses Authenticator which links you through to Authenticator is very frustrating. Then there’s an insane process of opening some other email account to finally get through is silly.

This app has been working fine for the last few years now it will no longer allow me to get into my school accounts and it’s no work around!

Never works. Try to sign into my outlook email, makes me verify on the outlook app on my phone or the Authenticator app, never works, always locked out of my account, can’t ever get in. They offer no help or alternatives. Just simply can’t get into my email. Incredibly stupid. Just let me see my emails.

I hate using this app, it’s super difficult to use. How does this have 4.6 stars when most of the reviews are 1?? I’m a student trying to do my work and I can’t even get onto the app to begin with. This is such a pain to use I can never log on to anything and it so confusing. I’m not a tech genius but I need to use this for my main school website. I’ve got no idea what to do send help.

The issue with is App is that if you do not have your old phone anymore and info has been deleted from the old phone . You may not be able to recover your info.

Cant use on apple watch
Authenticates requires you to type in numbers rather than just selecting one of three numbers. They dont let you type in the numbers on your apple watch, you are forced to whip out the phone. This in the big 2026 is crazy diabolical work

When you ask the app to verify the account another way (because it didn’t work), it sends you back into the app to verify the request. Absolute garbage
Apple Watch Support
Please bring back Apple Watch support. I don’t want to take my phone out of my pocket because it’s a distraction. After entering the number to authenticate, I’ll notice I have some text messages, after I read them, I might open up Reddit, then all hope is lost for my productivity. Just let me enter the numbers on my Apple Watch, then I can get back to work!!
