Glitchy and rewards a PITA to get
There always seems to be something broken in the app. Right now it's not getting points when reading articles. I have had Amazon gift cards as my goal forever and have sometimes been told they were "sold out." Now, I am being told I am out of the country or otherwise ineligible due to a location issue. Making me rethink my use of the app.

Doesn’t work
The recent problem with Microsoft is the human verification that does not work with screen readers. I am legally, blind, retired veteran, and the system does not work. Microsoft does not support retired veterans with disabilities. You press the audio button and nothing happens. Obviously Microsoft is not run by humans.
I got an email response that said to contact the accessibility team. They closed the ticket because telling me to contact the accessibility team ended the problem. I contacted the accessibility team they can’t help. As I stated before Microsoft does not support legally blind retired veterans. They should be removed from the App Store. There should be a warning to legally blind people not to use the app for any reason.
