Why do I have to update this app every week?
Seriously every week. And I have no idea what updates are happening. I haven’t seen any quality of life improvements for a long time.

Well designed app! I use it regularly to book my connector trip or request a shuttle or preorder lunch. Great to see how it has evolved over the years. Kudos to the team behind this app!

Despite authenticating with a passkey this still cannot be used without InTune enrollment, which cannot be required of personal devices. Sad because all I want is to manage a bus reservation.

Just updated, and book connector does not work. Please fix, very annoying.
Terrible
Forced to use this useless app. Takes a minute to get passed the initial menu. Sometimes just crashes. When you get into the menu, half the items dont work. Great job.
A mediocre app for mediocre times
The issues over the years I’ve used this thing are innumerable. However, the most salient ones are getting signed out (specially when you need it most), settings not saving, and transactions not going through. Just too buggy to be reliable
