Crashes constantly
I used SwiftKey for years and years, but the past year or so it crashes within one word of typing. No amount of reinstalling helps. When it works, it’s the best keyboard, by far. Great prediction, autocorrect adjusts to what I type (not what Apple wants me to type), but if it crashes and won’t work, all those features are for naught. Please fix this!!!!

I love this app for iPhone 17promax
Bad keyboard that learns bad words like "I'"
Can't unlearn words, like "I'", despite clear instructions. This has made typing awful annoying.
Long-time android user
I've been using some iteration of swiftkey for over a decade (since approximately 2012) on android phones. I recently made the jump to iPhone and transferred my keyboard and was very disappointed with how much worse it is on ios. I don't know if it's a limitation of ios, but losing access to my long-press selection for all punctuation marks is a huge downgrade, as are several other missing quality of life features I enjoyed on the android version. Maybe if I complain loud enough they'll find a way to add it so I can call it 5 stars again.

Glitchy lately; update
It's glitchy lately, but I always get good responses from people who see my keyboard.
Update: it’s still glitchy, even though I updated the app. It keeps switching to another keyboard. I’m not even able to write this review with it. I even tried removing all the other keyboards. It didn’t help, but made matters worse. Please fix it. This is my favorite keyboard.

Has become very buggy
Switched back to Apple keyboard randomly all the time
Recent issues
I love SwiftKey, I've used it for years on my android then was really happy to see it on iOS when I changed to Apple.
But recently the keyboard keeps changing to the default apple keyboard while I'm using it. I can be mid swipe and it changes. It's infuriating. I love the product and want to keep using it but it's impossible to use when it changes to Apple's terrible keyboard every 5-10 seconds while I use SwiftKey.

No improvement in my lame thumb typing skills. Pretty much identical to native apple keyboard. Which also sucks.
