Really good. I was hesitant at first to do online/APP banking, but it appears security is a priority and I rarely need to physically go to a branch office anymore in order to manage my finances.

I was hesitant to use mobile banking as it may expose critical information. But after a year of use, really do like it. I can transfer between banks and manage most things.
As a member who once lived near my bank, I sold my home and moved 3 hours away. But this is my bank of 30 years and it is the best bank for services. I don’t know how they do it, but calls always go right through.
My only problem was how to get sensitive documents like drivers license, etc for loans. It is too far to drive and copies in faxes and mail can be risky.

Old needs to be revamped.
It’s so outdated and not user friendly. I should be able to make additional payments toward my principal balance without having to send an email.

A basic app from our friendly neighborhood credit union works fine. Seems to be just a web interface. But the interface is not so great nor is it fast or special. Could do a lot more like add notifications.
