It takes forever, is always crashing and will never remember my device, no matter how many times I save it with a stupid nickname. Do better!

Staffed are smart, knowledgeable, and committed, two resolution end, expeditious, resolution of my issue. They are terrific, but it what else can I say.?
Can’t deposit check error 499
No matter how many pictures I take manually of my checks it won’t deposit. And I’ve tried different phones/cameras. It says error 499 or it says I didn’t sign it which I obviously did.
Tara at Prineville Branch
I just completed a project that was a little complicated with her. Who knew that Crook County didn’t accept a certified copy of death certificate. Tara was so gracious and kind through the entire process. I left feeling so great. She is a gem.

Awful
Slow to do anything. Charges you a “transfer fee” if you have something in savings and nothing in checking. I could have put the money in checking for free, no fee, but I used the wrong card and was charged for it.
Bank on Olney
I have been with the Olney branch of MidOregon for over 20 years and the people working at this branch are so friendly and helpful to me that I have never thought about going anywhere else. This branch is gold star for me. I would also like to mention that the bank itself is clean and efficiently run.🥇

Please fix it
Since the update it never loads, constantly asks for verification, and is a pain in the backside.
Double auto pays
Taking payment well before the due date and then taking the auto pay on the due date. Your call center is garbage as well. Over 10 minutes on hold now
Can’t even choose a date for payment
The app is horrible when I can’t even see the calendar for the day to make a payment on a car loan. We’re back in the check writing days with this app
Allison -La Pine
Mid Oregon’s Fraud team prevented a false charge on my credit card (yea!) and I had to go in to the branch to get a new card. Allison took care of that quickly and also cleared up an insurance issue that kept popping up every couple months. Allison had to research the discrepancy and then called me later that day to advise the issue had been solved.
