absolute garbage
Almost comical
Having issues accessing the admin page for our newly installed router. Midco website says to download their app to access the settings we need from there. It took two clicks before the app said we didn’t have a router installed and then the app timed out. In 2022 a major business with massive amounts of money can’t design an app to use their own products. Wonderful.

Wi-Fi App that won’t connect to the Wi-Fi
Will not allow me to access my internet
great idea, poor execution
My husband and I have tried to use this app on both apple and android devices with little success. Renaming devices are often saved for a few days and then revert to original. Lately the device list is showing multiple devices “connected” and “online”, but list my work computer name or TIZEN next to the word online. When this happens we are unable to pause or delete devices. The devices will unpause automatically as well. It is a frustration app and does not deliver the promised features.

Can’t find my modem
I’m connected to my Wi-Fi but your app Connect to my modem it’s not letting me add a modem to my account
App Doesn’t Work
It says “Connect to your wi-fi network” repeatedly and when you do, it goes in a loop and says it over and over again. The app doesn’t work which is inconvenient because I wanted to change the name of my wifi network and i can’t because Midco doesn’t make sure their apps work!!

I am giving the app two stars because the concept is solid. The execution stinks.

I have deleted devices off of my Wi-Fi and they return the next day; not possible since the device has been turned off the entire time.
There was a recent update and I thought things were fixed because I renamed a device and the name stuck for 5 minutes, only to realize the next day it reverted back.

Glitches
Is glitchy and never works well. It doesn’t refresh appropriately and you have to close and restart the app several times in order to get a change to take effect. Very frustrating app.

Bind Error
Our household recently switched to Midco and we are having a horrible time. We cannot connect to this app and keep getting a “bind error” and internet is constantly in and out. We were so excited for a new and way better internet provider in our area- but it’s been horrible since install!

Horrible!
Before the update I could use it sometimes, only when the app wanted to work. Now after the update I can’t use it at all. It’s asking me for my router password and it says it’s incorrect, when I am a 100% sure it’s correct. Now I can’t control any of my kids devices! 😡
Waste of time
This is the worst I spend more tome with no network than with! I’ve had midco come more than three times this year and I still have problems. When it works it’s nice to have. As of now I’m so tired of it.

This app is useless!! 99% of the time it can’t even connect to my modem...THE MODEM ITS ALREADY CONNECTED TO!!! You would think that a company that installs and provides wireless service would be capable of creating an app that works. Don’t waste your time with this app - it’s not worth the frustration and won’t ever work anyway!!!

Don’t waste your money
This app, in theory is great... if it ever worked!! They sold it to me with the allure I can turn off/on our kids devices at will. You have to also be close to the modem to do so and the chances of it working are maybe, MAYBE 1 in 7... so if you’ve shut off a device good luck getting it back in.
