Locked my account for fraud but never messaged me or emailed or called what a joke this bank is literally the worst can’t wait to close the accounts filed a complaint with the ftc and they lied check your bank cameras the teller he was a man said my account was locked for fraud and they lied to the fcc they can go to hell I will never be using them again

Chip debit cards
Bank is local only and debit cards don’t have chips for east fast service but other then that a bank is a bank I actually prefer credit unions they seem more willing to give loans and credit

The new app update is horrible the bill pay center is not user friendly, should have left it the way it was!

This bank’s app is extremely easy to use and very reliable. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it simple to check balances, transfer money, and pay bills in just a few taps. I especially like how quickly. I have been a customer for 10 years. Mobile deposits work smoothly, and notifications help me stay on top of my account activity. Overall, the app makes managing my finances convenient. I recommend it. St Louis branches are easy to work with

New App Update TERRIBLE
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the app. Now I can’t see my balance under each new transaction on my account. It’s driving me crazy. I may just go to another bank over it. Why would they get rid of that?
Estatements
Cannot get to my estatements anymore! Active Armour says the link is unsafe! Bad url.
Zelle crashing
Never used to have any issues with the app, but as of about a month ago anytime I try to open Zelle the whole app crashes.

Communications ignored
Sent an email via their “send secure email” asking a basic question. That was over 3 weeks ago and no response.
