Email OTP Not working
The email verification is broken, so I can’t access the app even after logging in successfully on desktop.
They say they send the code to email but never do.
So I can't even log in...
No email
Doesn’t respond with code to email ! So can’t progress to using the app 🤦🏻♂️

Immediately crashes upon login even after reinstalling
The entire midoctor ecosystem is a nightmare to navigate. The doctors themselves are great but no one follows up if your test results look weird. And the entire website is virtually unnavigable.
App is not working
After trying to make online appointments the app just crushed and not opening again. I tried to reload, but nothing worked
Constantly crashes
I can’t seem to get past registration or login. I have to keep deleting and then redownloading the app but even then I don’t know how far I’ll get before it completely crashes
Garbage fire.
This app is dismal garbage and should not be used by any doctor or medical office with a shred of sense. I was unable to get a confirmation code, and after finally registering somehow, it continuously crashes. The interface is also out of 2002.
Medical bloatware that is completely unnecessary when we other encrypted video calling apps. It was made for someone to get paid and should simply be deleted permanently.

Frustrating
I am not enjoying this app. I’ve had to restart the call 3 times before I could see and hear my doctor. If this is how medicine is headed, it needs to be significantly more reliable than this…
Can’t login
I’ve repeatedly asked for the code to login, my phone number is correct, the code is not sent.
