I use an iPhone and photo ID. Setup was secure and use is excellent! I appreciate that the MBWI in Monmouth has made such effective strides in current technology and customer convenience such a high priority. -A verrry long customer, both personally and professionally.

Why doesn’t my credit score show on here anymore? I believe I preferred the previous format better . It’s hard to remove a paid off loan .

Can’t get into my account
It’s making me reset my password and I have completed all the steps and followed each specific instruction and I hit continue and nothing happens
Frustrating beyond belief. Banking should be simpler than this.
I mean, if you’re looking to use this strictly to remote deposit checks, I guess this would technically be adequate. The spending breakdown is nice, but much more accessible through an app like Mint, and not useable in place of a printed statement for documentation purposes with other financial institutions. But the constant changing of login info? Locking you out after three login attempts when you just made me change the dang password AGAIN and I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH FRIGGIN ONE IT IS ANYMORE? Nah man, not worth it. But hey, knock yourself out, I guess.

Looks like it worked fine on this iPad but with footprint of a phone!
I would expect that they just made in small for the iPhone and intend us to use it on the iPad but I will go to full site rather this use it on the iPad!

Doesn’t Work on iPhone X
The app doesn’t currently work on iPhone X. It starts loading up and then just crashes.

I keep getting an error page wen I go to get an activation code. Plz fix this!!
Doesn't work for the time being....
I downloaded this app a few days ago but still haven't been able to access it. Once you open it up it brings you to a statement reading 1st time activation code needed, with two options: "I already have one or I need one". I obviously clicked on the "I need one". All it does is brings up a error page reading "this site may be down for now" or several other reasons it's having trouble. Please correct this so I may utilize this app as well with others.
