I hate having to login each time i open and close the app. Where is the face ID support?

Cannot verify account

I downloaded the app to try it out for online gambling. The first step before you can unlock any functionality is to verify your account, which I agree with. However, whenever I attempt to verify my account, I immediately get the following error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.” I have attempted on multiple occasions with the same result. Sadly, the app is unusable.
