Helpful, but needs a little work

I like that you can order ahead, though was bummed to learn that it doesn’t actually guarantee that you’ll get what you ordered and paid for. I purchased two pastries last night, and today they called me a couple of hours before my scheduled pick up time to tell me they only had one of the pastries I had ordered. They offered to substitute a different pastry or refund me. My suggestion would be to find a way to ensure that customers can be certain they'll get what they’ve ordered, such as by indicating if something is sold out or is only available in limited quantities.
