Response from developer

Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing your kind feedback! Our Game Team is working hard to create new quests in Mightier Adventures, and we recently launched mini missions that are different each time, and players can earn a reward everyday by playing at least one :-) Happy playing! Kindly, The Mightier Team

I remember this when I was like 7

Very fun game and actually made me use deep breaths when I got mad. I remember running in place to trick it into thinking I’m mad because of my heart rate and I’d try to get the rare ones. Very fun and useful.

Great program and great service

We love Mightier! They make learning about feelings in such a fun way for kids. Each month you get cards in the mail to unlock different badges, characters, etc.. that also has a game included and other activities. Not to mention, the company overall is wonderful. Their support team is quick to respond and help. Nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend.

Predatory and misleading

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mightier.

My child signed up for what was advertised as a 14-day free trial of their emotional regulation app. Unfortunately, the trial was not canceled in time, and without any additional confirmation or clear secondary authorization, I was charged $350 and sent the full equipment package — which I did not want and did not knowingly agree to purchase.

When I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund and return the equipment, I was told that their 90-day return policy only applies to customers who purchase the product outright at checkout — not to families whose free trial converts automatically into a full purchase if not canceled.

This policy feels misleading and predatory. A “free trial” that converts into a $350 charge with equipment shipment — especially when initiated by a child — should come with clearer safeguards, confirmation steps, or at minimum the same return protections offered to direct purchasers.

While the concept behind the program may be helpful for some families, I strongly encourage parents to read every detail carefully and understand that if you do not cancel the trial in time, you may be locked into a very expensive purchase with limited refund options.

I hope the company reconsiders this policy and adds more transparent protections for families.

Response from developer

Hi there, We’re sorry for any frustration regarding our policies. They are designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all Mightier families. Your membership was purchased on November 24, 2025. Your purchase included a Mightier kit mailed to your home, and a 14-day trial period to give your family the time and space to play Mightier before being billed. We sent several emails following your purchase with order details and resources to help you get started with the program. You contacted our Family Care Team on February 23, 2026 to request a refund, which falls outside of our refund window. We want your child to succeed with Mightier, and we’d be happy to work with you to make the most of your remaining membership. Please just let us know by replying to our email at support@mightier.com. Kindly, The Mightier Team
