I waited 30 minutes for my order and items were missing.
Fix the serious flaws
The app didn’t prompt me for which Mighty Taco to order from and it assumed that I wanted it in Buffalo and I wanted it made in the Niagara Falls location so now I have to go through whatever to cancel it and I’m really annoyed and then I have to re-order it all again, so please fix it and please give me some kind of Mighty gift for having to go through this ridiculous hassle. Thank you.
You should also allow the cashiers to redirect the orders to the correct location until you fix this ridiculous flaw

My rewards won’t work in the App
I have rewards that I used my points on sitting in the reward section of app. When I go to pay and hit rewards it tells me I have no rewards. Why won’t it let me use them?????
Basically just a menu but in an app
Literally the most useless fast food app ever. No deals or offers or anything. It’s pretty much just a menu and mobile ordering.

Where did my whole order go?
I ordered a nacho buffito combo plus an apple empanada and redeemed my free birthday empanada and then when I got to checkout my order only included the free empanada not my entire lunch order. Where did it go? I went through the whole process. It was in there, but then, when I checked out on the app just gone, that’s weird. And annoying. I’m hungry

CANT EVEN OPEN THE APP
App won’t open anymore
I used this app frequently, I find it very convenient, especially at lunch time when my time is limited. But out of nowhere, it just stopped opening. When you click it, it opens for about 1/10 of a second, and won’t open even after trying 10-12 times. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled numerous times to no avail. Also have updated iPhone software. No dice.

App gone bad
Use to work fine! All of a sudden the app won’t open. You touch on it and it opens and closes like a flash. You can’t access or order anything. Please fix!!!
No Mighty Packs or In Store
No mighty packs available on the app. Also, this app needs a QR code to scan in-store in cases of in person ordering. 2 stars until then.
AMAZING
Drive thru is 27% correct when I order but ☝🏽 if you order inside you get what you order and it’s correct. Didn’t like when I seen them throw the guys that ordered in front of men’s order in microwave 😳 but my order was good (because I had to wait for “fresh”

A mess
I ordered at 9 am today. Got there at 430 my appointed time had not begun to make the food. Should have checked the bag before going to the office. My veggie burrito was a greasy bean and cheese burrito. Check your order oh and not being able to enter my review if a name I used was used prior. Took 10 tries. NICE FEATURE
