About

MigraineMap helps you log migraine and headache attacks quickly, then spot patterns in the days around them. When your head hurts, you should not have to fight a long form. Start a migraine in a tap, record severity and symptoms when you can, and come back later to add details such as stress, screen time, dehydration, skipped meals, cycle changes, sleep, and weather shifts. Over time, MigraineMap turns your logs into a clear record you can review yourself or share with a doctor. It highlights recurring patterns across your attacks without pretending to diagnose or replace medical care. What you can track: Migraine and headache attacks Severity, duration, phase, and functional impact Pain location and sensation Aura, nausea, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, and other symptoms Possible triggers such as stress, screens, dehydration, alcohol, skipped meals, sleep changes, period start, and weather changes Sleep and cycle context when Health access is enabled Barometric pressure and weather context when location/weather access is enabled Insights that make your log useful: See your migraine history in a simple calendar view Review attack frequency, duration, and severity over time Compare migraine days with sleep, cycle, weather, and lifestyle notes Find repeated clues such as poor sleep, pressure drops, screen-heavy days, or cycle timing Export a doctor-ready summary or CSV when you need to share your record Built for privacy: Your migraine history is stored on your device Health access is optional Location/weather context is optional MigraineMap does not need an account to keep your personal log useful MigraineMap is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about migraine symptoms, medication, or changes to your care.
