About
MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes.
Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record.
The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day.
All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as “Weather front • 3 of 6 tagged entries.” Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review.
No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings.
The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.

1.1.8
July 14, 2026
History & Insights now includes a saved-entry severity trend with one dot per saved episode, ordered by episode start. Dates without saved entries are not plotted, and multiple entries from one day remain separate. The monthly calendar, transparent tagged-entry counts, local storage, and optional Apple Health severity-and-duration writes for new entries remain intact.
