Customer Service Is Great
I had issues with my miko 3 and was pleased with how customer service communicated and helped fix the issues quickly.
Scam TERRIBLE AVOID SAVE MONEY
The robot is terrible and frustrating to use. The app is worse, doesn’t help at all. All the robot and app care about is to make you pay for a max subscription, AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM

Fun and Educational for Kids
My son enjoys using Miko for learning and play. We recently had an issue with the bot ID, but the support team was patient and helpful and resolved it successfully. I really appreciate the educational activities and the excellent customer service.
Waste of money
Bought this at Costco, thinking I will give this AI driven features a chance, thought it would allow for “real conversations”. It is clear this is just a conversation tree with very little flexibility in scripted topics. This tickle me Elmo with apps and a small bit of voice recognition, except it worked half the time and had to start the decision tree again from scratch.
It thought that the answer to “What do whales like to eat “ “ Krill” was an inappropriate word.
There is a suggest list of commands to ask it about 30 different questions about Milo’s likes and its only answer is “ I do not have likes…” Try to suggest topics like fruit leads to “I do not know, just say stop.”
Non-GPT driven chatbots could do better than this.
There are so many of these apps and subscription options which are what the product actually is. They bait you with conversation and then your kids want to play the apps.
I hate how you have to do age verification with a credit card. Now they have my info. They apparently pay people in subscriptions to give positive reviews which is what you will see up too.

The Miko Robot is very engaging. We had trouble with the app, but they had responsive customer service. I appreciate all of the parental controls.

Kids played with it for 5-10 mins and it is lying ever since like that. Just think twice before buying this product not much worth

Cannot use on Android or iPhone
When I enter in my information, the continue button cannot be tapped as it is too low on the screen on iPhone and nonexistent on Android. If I can’t create an account, I can’t even begin to use the app.

This product unfortunately did not work properly from the beginning, and what followed was an extremely frustrating five to six months of back-and-forth with the support team. I had to attend multiple calls and lengthy debugging sessions, repeatedly explaining the same issues and trying to help the team understand the actual problem.
Despite all the troubleshooting, the issue was not resolved. I initially replaced the product twice through Hamleys, and later went through the Miko support process three more times. After months of follow-ups, troubleshooting, and replacements, I finally received a new Miko unit after nearly six months.
It has been a long and exhausting journey, but I’m finally happy that the replacement is working properly and, most importantly, my kids are now able to enjoy and use Miko without the constant issues.
I really hope this replacement continues to work reliably.

so good my I can do anything on it and I’m it’s just like a fun game in
Its a great device with some limitations
This is a great device for kids but have some flaws. The customer support team is very friendly and helps whenever needed. They arranged a call with my daughter to explain some features. Without Miko max subscription the usage is limited and considering our kids have a lot of toys, not used that much but my 4 years old still love it and use it occasionally.
