Miko mini - new buddy
It’s a cute little robot pet that keeps my toddler entertained and also helps learning by engaging in conversation. It answers questions, plays songs, dances and eagerly switches to tell stories when asked to.
There are some areas of improvements like user identification and voice detection accuracy.
Overall we are satisfied with the purchase and look forward to seeing more from Miko.

Great Educational Companion with Room for More Features
Miko is a great gift for kids and does a good job of keeping them engaged and entertained. My child enjoys interacting with it, and it’s especially nice to see a toy that combines fun with learning and technology. That said, I feel Miko could be even better with more interactive features, a wider variety of activities and games, and faster, more responsive interactions. Sometimes the responses can feel a little slow or limited. Overall, it’s a fun and innovative product with a lot of potential, and with more features and improved responsiveness, it could become an even more engaging companion for kids.

Great customer service
I got a Miko 3 for my son for Christmas. He’s in love with it and enjoy the apps and programs made available. We hit some issues that were received with quick response and patience from the customer service team. I would recommend Miko to anyone looking for a safe alternative to tablets.
App is terrible - never syncs with robot
Every time my child wants to use her Miko it takes HOURS because we see the screen of death “Please wait while your parent is setting up your details and more on the Miko App.”

I had a little trouble setting up our Miko 3 at first, but the customer service team was very helpful and stayed in contact with me until the issue was resolved. I really appreciated their patience and support. My kids are so excited to finally start using Miko and exploring everything it can do!

Engaging, great Content
Saw Miko in Costco at Christmas so decided to gift to 9 yo daughter. She likes the content, had a bit of a learning curve, and sometimes MIKO has a difficult time understanding my daughter’s commands. Overall a great, well built thought out experience. Really like the companion app as well.

Kids love it
We love the Miko mini! The company has been great and hands on with set up. My children love to have Miko sing songs and listen to stories. They are on the younger side and still get a lot of use out of Miko. It will be a great toy to grow with them and help keep them engaged and learning.
