mikuni has BY FAR the worst point to dollar back ratio I have EVER seen, you have to spend $3,000 to get $25 back, this app is kind of pointless for that, at least make it fun…
Terrible App
This is one of the very worst apps I use. I go to order and it takes minutes for the menu to load.
Hasn’t worked for months
Once again I can’t understand why this app is so terrible. When I click on Order, it shows the page is loading forever, but never does. This is a stunningly bad app for a restaurant that is so beloved and busy. Why, Mikuni, why can’t you hire someone to make a functional app?

Lost points after account inactivity
I had logged into my account and seen all my points are gone. Apparently if you don’t use the card they wipe all your points from your account. My family is sad. I left a voicemail from their contact info on their website.
How is it this bad?!?!
After putting together an order for 4 people, I watched the wheel spin to try and verity I was a human for over 15 minutes with no workaround. My pick up time eventually moved so far back (2 hour shift while trying to submit) that I went somewhere else. Bottom line: there are other equally good sushi restaurants.

New update doesn’t work
You can’t log in anymore. It tells you everytime that you have an incorrect password, you update it, asks you to log in and them the same thing all over again. I think they did it to stop the koki card users from being able to “put your name on the waiting list. I’ve talked to the manager and no help.

Broken. Also you have to spend $10,000 in order to get on the waitlist
Can’t get log-in screen to work
The user interface for logging in on the updated app is not working. I can’t select the password field to paste in my password and it didn’t remember me. Easier to use the web.
Love the new version app!

Garbage app! Don’t bother installing!
Like the subject line states this is a Garbage app! Don’t bother installing! It feels like the company started trying to develop an app and in the middle just said “Eff this!” and abandoned the development. UI is horrible. Constantly having to log in with a username or Koki rewards number every time you want to place an order is ridiculous! Why doesn’t the app remember me like all other apps!?
Honestly you’d be better off just bookmarking their website and placing your order that way. @Mikuni just take down this app as it is a waste of space!

App always asks for login. Better using the website

The app used to work, but now just says “Unable to login user”
App crashes
I can log in and see my account however, place when I place an order it asks me to log in again. When I do it says that my account is invalid.
Why must I sign in every time?
I love Mikuni, but this is a terrible app. Shouldn’t the default be that I’m signed in to my account? Quite a nuisance to have to find my username and password every time I order. And if you sign in on the home page and then click on Order, you have to sign in yet again. The menu itself is similarly unwieldy, requiring a lot of back and forth clicking just to find items. I regularly order from other sushi restaurants because having to sign in on this app every single time bothers me so much.

Complete garbage and horrible customer service
I can’t log on to the app. I’m able to logging on the website, but not the mobile app. Nothing happens when I click login with my password. Tried to contact support and never heard back.

This just bizarre way to do business. It’s contradicting to any businesses that don’t accept contactless payment but rather get perks through their app. Yes they have App. And if you sign up, then login with your account you get perks. I like perks. But come on method of payment CASH/Cards No contactless ?
But why do I need phone to be able to view their menu?
What is on the menu? well use your phone, scan, view online. huh?
They got everything except pay by contactless. They seriously need an IT specialist to program that payment system.
