Love Mila
I love the Mila app specifically the “Learn” section. It’s so nice knowing there’s a whole corner of support ready for me whenever I need it. The Mila team is also incredible. I recommend checking out their instagram too for helpful info!

What I truly love about the app is how I feel talking to the doula. Her responses are not just quick answers- they feel grounded and real like she actually gets what I’m going through. The AI part is great for my daily questions. I would definitely recommend to any pregnant woman out there.

I’m a FTM and have often caught myself doomscrolling and spiraling down the internet rabbit hole… I turn to Mila when I want a clear perspective from a trusted source.
There are so many features - they seem like they’ve been intentionally built for moms, not for ads/partners - from TTC to birth planning and postpartum.
The app is early but I’m glad I’ve been an early user and seeing it expand.

Mila is unlike any app out there for pregnancy. The staff are extremely caring and accommodating of your needs. Mila really supported me through my journey and I would recommend this app to anyone who is expecting!

Amazing app! AI that is reliable and trustworthy. Plus, I have access to a doula for more intense questions or conversations. There’s also articles, blogs, and other supports for pregnancy and postpartum. 100% recommend!
