Better than College!
I’m two weeks into the program and absolutely loving it. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I already see a shift in myself and can’t imagine who I’ll become as an artist by the end of this year. Perfect
Best app idea ever! I love the real genuine people and being able to see so many innovative new ideas! I love that it’s family oriented, and I love that I can access everything from my phone or tablet anywhere I am. There is so much opportunity and inspiration. If you’re on the fence, just do it.
Middle school art class all over again.
After being in this program for six months i will update my review. First Milan knows how to sell their product. Secondly if you have done any art classes over your life you will find many lessons are repeated to those classes. If you are an advanced artist and taking it for the certificate you wont learn much. They teach right brained over left brain art. I am finding the class too easy. Many people do enjoy them so dont let this down you from signing up.
Stop pushing oils like it is requirement instead of an option. Then belittle all other forms of water based mediums. I have been an acrylic painter my whole life and the reviewers heavily criticize water based mediums. My set up does not allow flammables and oil rags count as flammable. So i can not do oils.
If I did not want the certificate i would drop out. I might look into sopa as I dont need the certificate and it isnt official academic certified but still a well renowned art school. I joined for the networking and am having poor luck with that due to it being web based. I may look into sopa and cancel the certificate as I am finding it repetitive to basic art classes.

Best Art School
I’ve taken many art classes but this art school is by far the best! The lessons are amazing! They are so loving and supportive and they cheer you on all the way!
Don’t think about it just buy the Mastery Program!!!!!
The Mastery Program changes lives 1000%!!!! If you can’t swing the full payment do the monthly package! The program has changed everything for me. The app is the first thing I check every morning before my feet hit the floor. Everyone involved with the Milan’s is so kind and helpful. The art community is the best and everyone is so encouraging. If you love art and want to expand your skills and even your personal art world get the app and get the program! Just DO IT!!!!

After using the app for a while, I soon bought their Mastery Program so that I could accelerate my art skills and it was the best decision. The community is so supportive, the coaches give constructive feedback, and the weekly coaching calls make me accountable and connect me with other artists worldwide - plus I’ve made some great connections with fellow Aussies and we plan regular meetups! Legit life changing app for artists! 🥰

Learning so much
I love the program, love that the coaches give honest feedback and always encouraging positive words. Also the pace is fast, but I enjoy that and they help you to learn to do your best and not stress, if it’s not perfect.Ellie constantly reminds you that this is where you are learning and you will have bad paintings and that’s OK, all Artist do. it has been a great course for me. I have no regrets.

I love Milan Art Institute
I’ve been in the art Institute I believe since June. And I love it. I am learning so much about Color, brushstrokes, all different types of art materials, drawing, composition, just so many things. Everyone is so nurturing and encouraging. I don’t think I could’ve learned this much in such a short period of time in a regular art school. They have coaches that help me along the way, so you never feel like you’re really this all along. I’m just in my part of the program. I can’t wait for the second part of the lessons, which is mixed media and how to find your voice. I recommend this to anyone who wants to. Make art a career choice.

Wonderful art course best yet.
I have been doing art as a hobby most of my life and thought this might be a good art institution to try. Overall it is very good. The website is confusing and not user friendly. Why I give it four stars not five. The sections could be more clearly labeled and easier to find. Otherwise they go into great detail for teaching. If you have never drawn before it’s okay they can show you how as long as you have the will to do it.
I find the website layout confusing. It took me a few months to realize the weekly lessons were bonus content. And lessons 1-4 are actually final project or designed differently for those that do not need all the how to’s and walk throughs. I wish they would stop pushing all oil and put acrylics on the side line. Many people use acrylics and have no problem with them and enjoy them. Please include a how to video for safely storing or setting aside your oil rags. I currently reside i. An apartment like setting that does not let me use oils due to the oil rags being combustable.
I am finding the coaching not too helpful. I am glad I did not sign up for that extra fee. The coaching feels more like social media than this is how you can do better. People are friendly, professional and equal opportunity.
I mainly signed up for the portfolio side of the program as I have been doing art my whole life. I will dedicate my self to finishing everything for the practice. Who knows i will probably learn a few things from it as well.
This program needs at least 5-20 hours a week to make decent headway in it. I started hobbiest and wasn’t making progress so i started making time for it. I am enjoying it overall and plan on finishing.

Verify?
I forgot my password so I hit “forgot password” I put my email so I can verify it in my email and when I go to my email I hit “sign in” and it goes to the website page instead of the app and it says “your email has been verified hit the open app below” and nothing. It keeps saying my email has not been verified. I thought I was making another password not verifying my email. What’s going on? I hit need help but it’s no help.

Wonderful art course best yet.
I have been taking art classes through out my life and milan art is the best. It is reasonably affordable and had multiple payment options if you don’t have the full $5k up front. It is not graded and for fun. It is very well structured. Students are there to improve their skills hoping to eventually sell their work. This course is designed for anyone any age and very open friendly to all.
Milan art teaches art more traditionally and right brained style. Compared to the academia world that teaches left brain art and grade you on it rather than teach you how to improve. I wish I had just learned art through Milan art instead of the academia world.
I bought nearly most if not all my supplies and organization through second hand stores for cheap. Paints and select supplies were all i had to pay full price for. Keep in mind paint splatters so be mindful where you paint. Learn how to properly dispose of oil rags and paint as it can be flammable.
This is a great place to go to and meet other local artists. Or sign up for sopa after completed to begin networking.

These workshop replays feed my soul! I have not (yet) enrolled in the Mastery class, (my life is currently just too hectic between a full-time job and family obligations), but the videos are now my Go-To when I wake up in the middle of the night and am still trying to “rest”… I feel like I’m learning/ resting/ having fun all at the same time.
