Frustrating
Family members bought us tickets to a minor league game. They tried to transfer the tickets to us and we were forced to download the app. The app didn’t work, it just kept asking for login info over and over again.
Terrible app
I can’t even see a box score for a movie trailer ad that pops up ever two seconds. Close it and before I can even find where I was, the ad video pops back up. Makes your app completely useless.
Landscape version, please!
I wish you would make this episode works in landscape as well as portrait. It’s essentially useless to me to use on my iPad, since I always have it in landscape mode. It doesn’t seem like that difficult to a thing to do.

Can’t get my season tickets
On our way to the game and now the app keeps saying something went wrong so we won’t have our season tickets

A complete dumpster fire
EDIT: Given the dozens of recent one-star reviews citing the same problem, I see that my experience IS typical. The latest update to the app was four days ago. Why release anything else when this core functionality is so broken? I’m irate now, but I would have gone nuclear if I waited until I got to the ballpark tonight and encountered this steaming pile of an app. PLEASE DON’T WASTE MY TIME WITH THE CANNED RESPONSE TELLING ME TO GO TO SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBSITE AND “PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE” about this problem. It’s not my job to diagnose your awful app. You have all the data you need to diagnose and fix this problem, and you know it. I’m at a loss - if my company’s web apps were malfunctioning this badly, we’d have a stop-and-fix with all hands on deck 24 hours a day until it was fixed.

Baseball for baseball's sake
I'm a longtime MLB fan that has been feeling like I've lost my baseball home, for whatever reason. Watching MiLB lately has felt refreshing and like baseball again.
Unable to print tickets on ipad
Tried to print tickets cannot see full screen and not able to continue to print tickets cannot
Terrible interface
The system is co fused with MLB and I can never access my tickets this way. Almost not worth going.
