Auto Tracking

I have the feature of auto tracking on for my trips, but it only activates and tracks them about 1/4 of the time

Trips Keep Getting Lost

I purchased this app and I’m very disappointed. It constantly crashes and restarts itself. The most frustrating part is when I’ve driven a couple hundred miles only to find out the trip was lost and nothing was recorded. In just two weeks of using the app, this problem has happened five times.

Doesn’t auto track trips

I accidentally downloaded this app when I wanted mileiq. There’s no way I’m going to remember to open the app every time I take a trip.

I keep having trouble with the app, turning itself off and not giving me credit for the miles

Rip off app

This app is a rip off! It will not record any long trips for work. I have over 3,000 miles and it says I have under 1,000 I want my money back!

Not impressed

It should have automatic start so I don’t have to remember every time I get in the car.

No good for Canada

This app has no way of switching from IRS (America) to CRA (Canada). This makes it completely useless for anyone who lives in Canada. Additionally, it has no setting for auto tracking so you have to remember every single time you leave to activate it. I have tried contacting their customer service email and haven’t gotten any responses. Wish I hadn’t paid for the premium.

App cuts out

I’ve had multiple trips that I started , but when I get where I’m going, the app is no longer activated and I can’t manually add a trip. I still have to keep a log so at the end of the month I can add the trips it failed to capture.

Trips stopping before completion is not expected behavior. We’re currently looking into this issue to improve reliability and prevent trips from being lost. We recommend checking your device settings (such as location permissions, background app refresh, and battery optimization) to ensure the app can run properly during your trips. At the same time, we’re reviewing this issue on our side to improve tracking reliability. We’re also considering adding a manual trip entry feature so you’ll have a backup option in cases like this. Can’t get any assistance from the developer. App doesn’t work as advertised. Has dropped trips after I started them, no prompts to ask if the trip is done or save the progress.

Worst app service ever!!!!!

I do not advise anyone to install as the trips disappear even if you keep the app running, later you will realize that the trips has not been recorded! No customer service number to connect and follow up on the issue!

False advertisement

I paid $70 for this app and I have to turn it on and leave the screen up the entire time I am driving? I drive about 30 hours a week, I can’t keep my app open the entire drive. I need to use my GPS, make phone calls, etc.
I emailed support to ask if there is something wrong because it states that it starts automaticallyHave not heard back

Our app is designed to run automatically in the background — you do not need to keep the screen on. Before you start driving, simply open the app, tap Go!, and then you can exit and use other apps like GPS or phone calls as usual. The app will continue tracking your trip as long as it is not force-closed. When you want to stop tracking, just reopen the app and tap End Trip.
