Trips stopping before completion is not expected behavior. We’re currently looking into this issue to improve reliability and prevent trips from being lost. We recommend checking your device settings (such as location permissions, background app refresh, and battery optimization) to ensure the app can run properly during your trips. At the same time, we’re reviewing this issue on our side to improve tracking reliability. We’re also considering adding a manual trip entry feature so you’ll have a backup option in cases like this. Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for the confusion. Our app is designed to run automatically in the background — you do not need to keep the screen on. Before you start driving, simply open the app, tap Go!, and then you can exit and use other apps like GPS or phone calls as usual. The app will continue tracking your trip as long as it is not force-closed. When you want to stop tracking, just reopen the app and tap End Trip.
