Terrible and crazy app with support
Terrible platform and extremely poor support. My vehicle was damaged by a renter, and for two months Outdoorsy has failed to properly resolve the case or compensate me. I also cannot recover the money from the renter because support keeps opening new reviews and repeatedly requesting information and evidence I have already submitted. The claims process is disorganized, slow, and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Outdoorsy.

I have been on both sides, a Host and renter before I bought. Always receive timely and great customer service. Excellent platform!
Could be better
I really don’t like that every time I open a message thread it starts at the top of the thread. The app is buggy. I upload post trip photos and sometimes it adds them sometimes it dosent.

Is the perfect app if you want to rent out your trailer has everything you need and has everything you need for renting and making sure you are covered

I really want to love this app. I’ve been an Airbnb and VRBO host for a couple years now and use both of those apps pretty effectively.
Jumped in to the world of hosting an RV and downloaded this app.
There are so many wonky things about it that I don’t know where to even start.
Please get your development team to use the app themselves. There’s no way they could be doing that and not noticing all the issues.
