Would not waste your time
The rewards are garbage. You have to bid your miles to get gift cards that value $1.00 or $2.00.

App works, rewards are garbage
The app works fine, maybe works too well considering you get nothing in return for using it. They list gift cards as rewards but over the last 2 years all the gift cards have been sold out. The rest of the rewards are basically just ads that point you toward a subscription service the would give you the same deal or better if you signed up directly with them and didn’t use your miles. All said and done the app drains battery on your phone and probably causes more degradation over time to your device then it will ever provide you with a reward. I reached out a year ago and asked about the lack of rewards and gift cards and they just sent some canned response about working on it. Here we are now still nothing. This must be from the same team that’s been working on the error prone Uconnect systems.

Rewards are all junk
How in the world does this get 5-stars? The rewards are all junk. They’re either free trials that you could get just by going to the vendor’s web site, or coupons for things like free shipping with purchase. You don’t seem to actually get anything for sharing all your data and using your phone’s battery up.

Waste
What a waste of what used to be a great app, uConnect. Not worth it, everything they have here you can get directly from the vendor with thr same discount or even better. The gift cards are a raffle and they’re about 2-5$ and have to spend 50k+ miles to win them. Deleting as the app is selling my information for much more.

Horrible
Every single time I log into this app I can’t get past the phone number portion without getting an error message. I have yet to use the app however I get emails stating if I do not log in ever 90 days I will lose miles I have earned. No way to contact the app so I’m essence this is a crap app.
Waste of time
Everything is always sold out or nothing substantial is available. Has turned into an app that simply pushes product trials. Miles earned no longer mean anything so deleting.
Worthless no rewards
I have had this app for over a year. I have 40,000 miles and literally can’t do anything with it. A $1 target gift card costs 5,000 miles and is sold out. $5 starbucks costs 25,000 miles and also sold out. I’m deleting this waste!

This an update because I had to create a new account with a different email. I found out only certain email accounts work with the app. The app does work. However I am only giving three stars until I have used it for a few months then I will update with a later review
Don’t waste your time and miles
This app is a good concept but the rewards are useless. There’s nothing but Club, after monthly club. This app offers you a free month or percentage off if you sign up for these subscription accounts, the thing is… You can get that anywhere you want.
These clubs are always offering something free with a membership. You do not have to be logged on to an exclusive app in order to qualify for them. I have no interest in creating yet another monthly bill!

Won’t let me upgrade version
When logging in today I get an alert there is a new version available but then I click update and just takes me to the App Store. No option to access account as I can’t get past the upgrade alert.
App is messed up
The current app does not work. It’s a continuous loop of opening it then it says there is an update. You click on “update” and it goes back to the open screen again. I better not be getting screwed out of my miles while this is happening.

What?
First the app says need to update you are a few versions behind but the App Store says I’m up to date. So I have no access. Second none of the rewards are anything but advertising that you can get for free elsewhere.
Little buggy
App seemed to work okay but now, when the app is open, it tells me to update. However, when I go to update, the App Store tells me I have the latest version. Stuck in a loop. When I select “Developers Website”, it just takes me to the App.
Won’t open
Downloaded app. It’s running in the background. Cannot get past update app screen. 1.1.19 shows the version but says I am a few updates behind. When I click on update, it goes to apps file and I click on it and it goes back to screen showing I need update. Vicious circle. Help.
Wonky app
It doesn’t accurately record walks, showing final destination elsewhere besides home. And it doesn’t always record trips even if I have opened the app and refreshed. Last night I got a pop up saying I need to update to a newer version but it doesn’t allow me to update; the last update was 5 months ago. Really? Sheesh.

I did like the app at first
When I first downloaded this app I thought it was really cool, but as the updates came I began to dislike the app more and more. I can’t even update their most recent app that I have on my iPhone so this is pretty sad that I can’t even update it. I won’t even blame it on storage, that’s only because I have plenty of that. I’m done with the constant changes being made on this app & they’re not for the better, it’s supposed to track vehicle movement & walks you take etc. I can say it’s failed miserably & as far as I can see my phone is not the only one it’s done that to.

It worked now meh
It used to work until this new update. Now it says old version update to the new version. I have restarted my phone instilled the app and installs it again and continues to say the same.
Waste of time and no one cares
Uconnect miles workers perfectly. Stellantis ruined a good system. Unlike its competitor Miles, Stellantis hasn’t fixed the miserable trip generator and if you complain to their so called tech support you will be told you didn’t install it right or use it right. Odd it worked for 2 weeks in December and stopped on my account at New Years. Same phone same car same operating system. My requests to check how they provisioned my account go ignored. All I do is watch it eat the battery and tell me I’ve made no trips. The company ought to be ashamed their name is on this. Might make you wonder if they will trash the Chrysler name with uncaring unsupported junk like this. I’m sure this won’t get posted. Don’t think Apple store wants the truth about how bad this app is. Now I get a message showing I have an old version but according to app store it's current so now it's not working. Can't get past the out of date app. I deleted and redownlosfe with no suvcess

Doesn’t register all activity
The app idea is great because you really don’t need to do anything except install the app and go on with your daily routine. The frustrating thing is that it doesn’t track everything. I took a trip Houston the day before yesterday and it didn’t didn’t register my flight from home to Atlanta, but it registered the flight from Atlanta to Houston. It also didn’t register any of my long walks in the airport. Now that I think about it, the app rarely registers any walking trips form me. It would be great if there was a way to tell the app that you are about to take a flight or go on a bike ride in order to help the app track correctly.
