Don’t support Scamapps
This app used to be somewhat good. They were once fair and appreciated their customers as opposed to now being another scam app motivated by ad revenue at the cost of the users. They advertise gift card available for purchase using the miles (points) you accumulate from watching ads, trips(the ones they actually recognize), downloading space eating apps, etc...but as soon as you get the points needed, (and I mean AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM), and go to select the gift card you want, it INSTANTLY becomes unavailable until the next hour(s), or day. They make only one card available for everyone to try and get, But they will offer you a $1 or $3 gift card for a lot (most) of your points. O and don't try settling for 2 or more cards of lesser amounts even if you have the points to do so, cause they limit the the redemption process to 1 card, once a day(or week I forget). NOT WORTH IT!!!! UPDATE: noticed that all of the responses to the negative reviews are the same AI generated “apology”. How about we all come together and put an end to this app and similar apps that are made to collect your data for THEIR financial benefit. I’m reporting them to BBB and contacting Morgan and Morgan about starting a class action Lawsuit and anyone interested in joining should contact Morgan and Morgan as well.

Points are easy to earn but hard to redeem
The items to redeem for are very limited and sometimes even ones that are supposed to be available will say they’re sold out. I don’t mind watching ads to get my points but if it could be even a LITTLE easier to redeem I’d like that
Impossible to cash out
I had 15k miles and yet no gift cards were ever available! And when I tried to get the $1 Amazon ones for 2k miles…every time I clicked on it (in spite of it showing as available), it announced that it had “just sold out” even when it was still showing available in the store. Finally, I tried to delete my account and they wouldn’t send me a 6-digit code needed to delete my account, and then wouldn’t let me try again to resend the code (you apparently can only try once in a 24 hour period). Huge waste of time!

I can not exchange any gift cards
Amazon gift cards were available but it shows just sold out. No other cards are available. I tried so many times. Annoying
Too many bugs/glitches
It’s ridiculous that the trivia hasn’t worked in a week. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times and have had no response. On top of that, I stay on the screen saying a gift card will be released any minute. As soon as it’s released it glitches and the app crashes making it impossible to redeem.

Used to love the app now I can’t even redeem my earnings
I would have emailed, but they don’t respond when I email. So I’ll leave a review. I’ve used this app from the very beginning when you could redeem your points for Vudu movies. I have been able to get miles rather quickly, but every time I go to cash out I don’t even get the opportunity. It’s not even available during the day hours for me. It’s like 16+ hours until available. Absolutely ridiculous! I stayed up late for several hours but I can’t do that. I have to get up during the day. What’s the point in being diamond if I can’t cash out when I want? I think I’ll just stop using it and wasting my time with this app when I can use my time so much better and get more cash outs with other more reliable apps.

Good app BUT
I’ve tried many of these “money making” apps and this is my favorite. I love that it’s easy, there’s variety in choices to earn miles, and it doesn’t take to long to get gift cards. The trivia section also makes it stand out. The one issue I have with this app is that it gives out gift cards so sporadically that it takes days, maybe even weeks, to finally get an opportunity to grab one. If they improved on that it would be the perfect app.

Nearly impossible to cash out
They have changed the gift card process over the last few weeks. It is not nearly impossible to grab one. I have tried all day, everyday. About to give up fully and delete the app.
Not worth it
This app used to be fun before the last update. Now they make it almost impossible for you to cash out your points for gift cards and limit you on how many points you can get per day. Very frustrating and will not be recommending this app to anyone anymore.
Not the app it used to be
They continue to change the app to make it harder to earn miles and redeem. Now you have to watch endless amounts of ads, even if you buy into the premium version. You no longer get airline miles. It’s harder to redeem miles as the gift cards seem more limited than ever - I just looked and the one I get is next available in 13 hours - to which I still have to be the first one to get it. Used to love this app. I’ve been a member for 3 years, but I will not be renewing this year there’s no longer a true value without spending excessive amounts of time on the app to jump through all of their hoops.

It is impossible to redeem your miles for gift cards

there's no $5,$10,$20,$50 and $100 unfortunately the $3 already taken too fast redeem by others please fix it because I still have 10,000 miles points and haven't get a chance to redeem cash there's no redeem button to be ready 😞
Payouts
You can not cash out whenever you want. They limit the number of payouts so if you’re not quick enough the offer is expired even though it says redeem.
Great mileage and trivia
UPDATE 4/6/25::: I have no idea what happened to this app but it is actual garbage now. I recorded my mom trying to claim her gift card and it’s just a white screen and doesn’t load it took over 3 mins to load yet in that time frame I was able to open the gift card area easily(I don’t have enough miles to redeem yet) so that tells me somehow it’s rigged! It NEVER used to be like this! Shame. They never respond to your emails and it’s probably the flood of complaints! …………..ORIGINAL REVIEW WHEN IT WAS OK:: The app is great I love the option to do trivia and the flash mileage promos. I love the mileage and ad watching options to boost your travel claim. BUT, it has been days at all hours waiting for gift card to become available and literally within a millisecond someone claims it again! I love where we literally only have one Walmart. Not target, Ulta, Sephora, amc, cold stone, Starbucks, Best Buy, etc…. Those are all 58 miles away. I don’t eat subway, so I have Amazon or Walmart as an option however there is never availability! It’s after 1am and they are getting snatched up at this hour. They need to make more available for this to get a higher rating!

You use to be able to get gift cards. Now after the update they are gone. It was a good app. But is rapidly heading in the wrong way. After last update the whole thing stinks. You never see gift cards available. And what is with the ad thing. It used to be a good app. But not anymore. FIX YOUR PROGRAM. YOU CAN NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS. IF I COULD RATE IN NEGATIVE STARTS I WOULD.

Don’t get!!This app is a total rip off. It wants you to make purchases then takes all the earnings.
The app requires purchases to earn any real points, then will steal back all the earning without any warning. Do not Buy!
Gift cards never available
I have spent quite a bit of time on this app and accrued points, yet I can never spend them because they’re always ‘out of stock’. I try to redeem like like 5 times a day with no luck.
